Please don't use non ASCII character in source

Hi,

Nikolai, thanks for your recent many commits.

I found that you use (U+2019 RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK)
instead of ’ (U+0027 APOSTROPHE). Basically, Could you use
ASCII character (U+0027 instead of U+2019) in source code?
(One of exceptions is person name.)

Thanks,

kou

OK. I will have to try to quell the typographer in me.
