I am trying to run an Ruby on Rails application developed internally.
Any input would be greatly appreciated…
When I start the server I get the following warning:

I have checked that there is no other application using port 3000
With lsof | grep 3000
I have tried to start the WEBrick on a different port and get the same
warning:
