Hello everyone

Agile (XP), informal (no-tie) software house where PHP, Ruby (and Ruby
on Rails) are actively used are looking to hire a development team
leader that oozes strong leadership and management ability.

We're looking for someone that is able to talk openly but firmly as
the challenge will be to provide cohesion between development and
commercial and unify the development team towards shared goals.

The kind of things you need to be able to do is make the developers
feel valued, encourage (but not enforce) pair programming, know when
to go back to management and say “we’ve messed up, I’m afraid we’re
going to have to re-think your business deadline.”

It should go without saying but you are going to have to have
experience of around 5yrs in a paradigm (e.g. OO, functional),
exposure to agile, 2+ languages (such as PHP) and a broad range of
technical experience..

The role will be based in London, England, UK.

Salary and benefits are superb!

If you would like to learn more about this job please contact me at my
business address which is james<at>camalyn.org (james@camalyn.org)

Hope to hear from you,

JAMES
