Forum: Ruby on Rails Passing a full object as arguments VS minimal information?

Hi,

Is it a good idea to pass a full object as an argument, or is it better
to only give minimum info to the method?

I would say 'pass the full object' so you're ready to implement more
functionality in your method without reviewing every call you have
around..
