Suggest a hosting

I am a novice to Rails production. Yet i had used http://eapps.com for
hosting my first site which included 2 online quiz games. I bought their
standard plan(160mb memory,2000mb disk space) which is the lowest in
their plans for VPN server hosting. As my client demanded for a low
cost, I bought this hosting which is comparatively lesser than other
hosting providers. Now I got another client who wants a School Alumni
site in the form of Social Networking. It includes friendships, personal
profiles, discussion groups, photo albums, etc. There can be upto a
maximum of 10000 members. The site may get 100 unique visitors everyday.
When i asked a suggestion to the Eapps support team they suggested to go
to their Standard Max plan(432mb memory and 6000mb disk space). But my
client can’t afford such a price. Can anyone tell me whether I can go
with the Standard plan itself or suggest some good provider based on my
requirements? Thanks in advance.

If your client has such functional requirements but are unwilling to pay
$30 monthly for hosting, then they have got their priorities backwards.
You should convince them to get professional hosting to go with a
professional website.
