Ruby 1.9.1 Release Candidate 2 has been released.
This is a release candidate of Ruby 1.9.1, which will be the first
stable version of Ruby 1.9 series. You can read about changes since
1.8.7 at http://svn.ruby-lang.org/repos/ruby/tags/v1_9_1_rc2/NEWS .

We have fixed 29 bugs and added some character encoding converters.
