regular basis while working hard and having fun. Team members’ skills
and creativity are respected and encouraged. Helium is a well funded
startup and the engineering team cranks out greatness during reasonable
work hours.

Helium pays its employees competitive salaries, along with competitive
stock equity plans. The standard benefits – health and dental are
available – as well as a matching 401K plan (almost unheard of in a
startup).
