I am newbie to rails, and wish to get instant gratificatin y
installing a shopping cart “substruct” but problem is SVN. Now, what is
this SVN and how do I install it on windows platform , and how do I get
it working on my applicaiotn .

SVN (or, to give it its full name, Subversion) is a version management
system originally developed for Unix-alikes. There’s a very, very good
Windows version of it called TortoiseSVN here: http://tortoisesvn.net/
