How do I initialize the tables in the MySQL database? I just installed
Rad Rails and can connect to the server, just there are no tables there.
Is there a script or something?

The Rails Documentation Project is your ticket 
It is a work in progress, but the mysql stuff is done in the first
couple of chapters.
Worth the read.
