FYI - Latest post from Sun showing the latest Ruby/Rails support for
Netbeans IDE.

Yeah, Tor is pretty amazing. He's basically doing all of the Ruby and
Rails support in NetBeans himself. Martin Krauskopf is implementing the
debugger support, which is also quite excellent.
