I know this may be a silly question, but how do I freeze only the ruby-
debug and ruby-debug-base gems?

To my knowledge, the following command freezes only the Rails runtime,
rake rails:freeze:gems

I tried rake ruby-debug:freeze:gems and no luck.

unpack it to the vendor directory via gem unpack
