I get the following after refreshing a page several times (like maybe
40). The page is simple - no db access, just a controller method +
rhtml that does nothing other than print a textfield. This is on OS X
(Webrick dev mode), connecting (but doing nothing with) Windows XP
PostgreSQL db.
