Intalling ferret

i have this error when i try to install ferret

C:\Documents and Settings>gem install ferret
Need to update 6 gems from http://gems.rubyforge.org

complete

ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

ruby extconf.rb install ferret
creating Makefile

operable program or batch file.

Gem files will remain installed in
c:/ruby/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/ferret-0.11.3
for inspection.
Results logged to
c:/ruby/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/ferret-0.11.3/ext/gem_make.out

You need to install a win32 version of Ferret unless you have Visual
C++ 6.0 installed.

Yes but it is version 0.10.9. Wait for the next version (0.11.4). It
will be out VERY soon.
