So, I’m having trouble with finding a decent hosting provider.
I’ve tried dreamhost and i’ve got everything set up, but it’s just too
slow. It takes about 20-25 seconds to load the site inititally, but
takes another 10 seconds for every inside page. I’ve emailed tech
support and they say everything is set up ok.
My site gets somewhere areound 600-1200 hits a day, but occasionly gets
30,000+ a day, so I need something heavy duty and fast.
I’m not afraid to pay for a decent hoster, but we can only afford about
$50 a month. Also it would help if there tech support know what they’re
doing.

I have a VPS with Bytemark. Root for 15-30 UKP per month. I’m very
happy. Super-responsive customer service.
