Hello all!
I’m new to the list, so I’d thought I’d introduce myself first.
My name is Sander and I live in the Netherlands. I’m a web developer
for a big company, and I’ve been playing around with Rails and
especially Radiant for a while. So far, I love it.
Anyways, I’ve written an extension for a friend’s site, and I thought
I’d release it to the public. All for the greater good, right?
Here’s a snippet from the README:
Generates a gallery of images on the page by reading all images in a
specified directory.
Configured in a YAML block.
If you’re interested, grab it from SVN at
http://svn.somedutchguy.com/svn/sdg/trunk/extensions/smooth_gallery
or download a zip/tar from http://svn.somedutchguy.com

next on my todo next week is implement a gallery extension. I’ll
definitely be checking your code out to take a look. In the
meantime, do you have a link to a working demo or live site for a
quick peak?

There’s really not much to see in the code, most of the real work is
done in the javascript. But feel free to steal anything you might find
usefull.
I’ll set up a demo site right away.

Hi, I’m working on a gallery extension…if you want give that a try:
http://bigchieflabs.com/radiant_gallery_extension.zip
It adds a “Gallery” tab in the radiant admin where you can create
galleries, upload files and sort them.
It’s not a final release…I’m working on…
extract it in your vendor/extensions directory and type:
rake radiant:extensions:gallery:install
rake radiant:extensions:gallery:example
