Would someone be so kind as to say where the result message for rake
test_* is produced. I would like to insert codes for Terminal to make
a result with 0 errors and 0 failures be hilighted in Gree and any
failures or errors as Red. That would make it clearer at a glance at
the Terminal if there were any results i need to review.
