There is the new release of FdAjax module for Lighttpd server. Now it
compiles under Mac.
BTW it is possible the setup Lighttpd near Apache and use cross-site
scripting to have all live connections handled by Lighttpd. While Apache
- mod_proxy might handle all other traffic.
