# What is initdb.exe

Hi  
I am trying install postgresql in windows and partition type FAT but  
at the time installation it saying install initdb.exe manually…  
what is initdb.exe and where shall i get.  
my postgresql version is postgresql-8.2  
and file is postgresql-8.2.5-1.zip.
