Dear Gnu Radioers,

I am trying to follow the advices on Seeber’s presentations
([http://www.trondeau.com/storage/grcon12/Seeber-BlindSignalAnalysis.pdf](http://www.trondeau.com/storage/grcon12/Seeber-BlindSignalAnalysis.pdf))
to interpret a satellite signal. I do not have the LNB datasheet, but it
is the one used for satellite TV in Brazil. This LNB has two outputs and
I use one for the TV tuner, and with the other one I fed the spectrum
analyzer, and I got the signal in the picture below. It has signals
around 1.5 GHz and spaced by approximately 100 MHz. Any hints on how to
interpret it? I am simply searching for a beacon!!!

Sincerely,
Pedro Ramos
