HI!
I have a question about USRP. I am wondering if there is a carrier
recovery module in USRP? I did some research and I found that the USRP
has PLL and VCO components. But a friend told me such cheap devices like
USRP are not likely to have such a component because it is so expensive
(100000$ devices might have). So my question is:

1. Is there really a carrier recovery module in USRP?
2. If yes, Is this module used to sync carrier frequency and phase?
3. If yes, What is the precision/accuracy of the recovery module, like
how many Hz.
