# Upstream sent unexpected FastCGI record: 3 while reading response header from upstream

Recently,i have a problem about nginx\_error :

22634269 upstream sent unexpected FastCGI record: 3 while reading  
response  
header from upstream, client: 223.204.194.89, server:  
[kingslave.boyaagame.com](http://kingslave.boyaagame.com), request: “POST xxx HTTP/1.1”, upstream:  
“fastcgi://unix:/dev/shm/php-cgi.sock:”, host: “xxx”, referrer: "xxx

is anyone have the same problem
