# Unable to run RoR project(redmine) under the Xampp(windows)!

I have been trying to set-up & run Ruby On Rails project(Redmine) on  
my existing working environment under the xampp.  
I also set-up so many things which really needs for running Ruby On  
Rails Projects. But still facing one and serious problem. and even  
don’t have any idea how to fix it up  
Following Error encounter while running to redmine on locahost (http://  
localhost/redmine) –  
Application error  
Rails application failed to start properly  
In Apache Log file, following errors are reporting –

[Tue Mar 02 12:59:28 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] (OS 3)The system  
can not find the path specified. : couldn’t create child process:  
720003: dispatch.cgi, referer: [http://localhost:3000/redmine/public/](http://localhost:3000/redmine/public/)
