Hello,

Very basic question. I have a flowgraph with a sine source and UHD
USRPN210 sink in gnuradio-companion. I want to explore the complete
range of output transmit (max to min) powers of WBX radio board. Maximum
is 20dBm as per spec. Measuring output power with a Agilent power meter.
I understand signal amplitude and analog gain are the variable
parameters. Currently I am unable to make sense of output powers I am
seeing. Looks like DAC is being clipped even though I am setting no gain
(0 dB) and amplitude value is 32768.

If using Sine signal source and complex int16, what is the range of
variation for signal amplitude? What is the possible range for gain to
be set?

If using Sine signal source and complex float32, what is the range of
variation for signal amplitude (Probably -1.0 to 1.0) ? What is the
possible range for gain to be set?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
