For the NCAA Basketball Tournament fans out there …

tournament version 1.0.0
by Douglas A. Seifert
[Tournament: A Ruby Program For Managing NCAA Tournament Pools](http://www.dseifert.net/code/tournament)
[http://tournament.rubyforge.org/](http://tournament.rubyforge.org/)

== DESCRIPTION

Small library and command line program for managing a NCAA
basketball tournament pool.

== CHANGES

- First official release.
- Change the pool command line script usage to make it simpler (I hope)
- Add a new report: final\_four
- FIXME: Final four report assumes payouts go to 1st and 2nd and last
places.
This should be configurable or otherwise settable.
