I have upgraded to Rails3beta4 from Rails 2.3.8.

I used to run the following command for ensuring that gems are
installed:

> > sudo rake gems:install

But, now, I get the following when running this command on the
Rails3beta4 environment:

rake aborted!
Don’t know how to build task ‘gems:install’

(See full trace by running task with --trace)

Why is that? Should I use another command for Rails3beta4?

Thanks.

Read up on the new Bundler for use with Rails 3.

Here’s a place to start:

Maybe:

> > sudo rake gems:install is wrong? I mean, there shouldn’t be “rake” here? For Rails 2.3.x at least, as I figured out that we need “bundle” in Rails3.
