Hi All,

Can anyone suggest how to change the TON and NPI value in ruby -smpp  
because i am changing the value to source TON and NPI to 3 and 9  
respectively but still while taking tcpdump it is showing value as 1 and  
0.Can anyone sugget, its urgent.
