the Ruby programming language.

Good to hear. But why is that your website is developed in PHP? You  
should make it in RoR. Besides, you should release atleast one Open  
source RoR application for wide use ( for ex: an open source forum  
script in RoR that functions much like vbulletin) to show case your  
strengths.
