# Replace\_html with action template

Hello All,

I am trying to replace\_html with an action template, not a partial.  
Currently I don’t know how do it, I’ve renamed all my action to have \_  
in their names and I don’t like this approach.

I’ve tried render :update do |page|; page.replace\_html  
‘content’, :action =\> ‘edit’; end and it won’t work.

Didn’t test if it works, but did you try

render :template =\> “your\_template” ?
