  M getting some problems in remove the span tags

i have First Second Third

i wanna remove first and second span tags how can i achieve it help me

OUTPUT:

Third

I have an hpricot syntax so that i can remove all the span tags i unable  
to  
remove it

FYI, that sample is bad XML – second span isn’t closed.

I would probably use Nokogiri for this rather than Hpricot, but post  
the code you’re having problems with.
