# Recommendation on Forum software?

Greetings,

I have noticed that the software which runs ruby-forum hasn’t been  
updated for several years.

Also, that it is possible to bridge the authentication of phpbb to  
certain ruby authentication packages.

What is the current state of the art for forum software in the ruby  
world?
