Rails Trac

Hi

Anyone know the state of the Rails trac? It looked like it was
working again just, but I tried to post a ticket and got this:

It’s about the third time I’ve tried and I think the error has been
the same. I’ve searched before and it doesn’t look like the issue
has been discussed on the list much… is it just me?

So it’s obviously not just you. But nevertheless, tickets are apparently
still created and changed.
