Anyone know the state of the Rails trac? It looked like it was
working again just, but I tried to post a ticket and got this:

It’s about the third time I’ve tried and I think the error has been
the same. I’ve searched before and it doesn’t look like the issue
has been discussed on the list much… is it just me?
