I am looking for a pretty but fairly generic look for my rails app, the
kind you see everywhere, for example at [rubyrails.org](http://rubyrails.org) or [thoughtbot.com](http://thoughtbot.com).

Does anyone know of a collection of rails templates, or themes, or a
good way to quickly create one? While I know html and css, I am not
quick enough with them and it seems to take too much effort for me to
create something, to me, pretty basic…

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Pito

Pito,

I was introduced to this theme recently. Certainly far more simple than
the
sites you mentioned, but those sites took a lot of designer time to
develop.

Give this a try: [GitHub - gravityblast/web-app-theme: A simple theme for web apps](http://github.com/pilu/web-app-theme)

I think it gives you a very clean look with almost no effort on your
part.

Good luck!
