also need to restart the servr once u installed this plugin

Finally I fixed the problem

I downloaded all the files from the below url

http://svn2.cvsdude.com/craigambrose/plugins/redbox/

and paste it under /vendor/plugins/redbox

anyway thank you all for your value time helping me in this
