I am trying to load an external image from other website in my rails
app. With following syntax:

\<%= image\_tag(‘[http://www.google.com/intl/en\_com/images/](http://www.google.com/intl/en_com/images/)
logo\_plain.png’ %\>

It only display the text, but not the images itself.

I try to load the image through plain html and it is working fine. It
is something to do with Rails Configuration for preventing loading
external resource?

Thanks!

You have a missing ) in the statement, though not necessarily the
cause of the problem.
Also have a look at the resulting html in the browser (View, Page
Source or similar) to see what is there.
