Hi,

I’ve noticed the following error message in the logs:

“2012/07/24 11:26:19 [error] 18623#0: \*521909 upstream sent too big
header while reading response header from upstream, client…”

I’ve read the documentation and I do want to disable buffering to disk
so I’ve set “fastcgi\_max\_temp\_file\_size 0;” in
“/etc/nginx/fastcgi\_params” (this file is included in the config
“include fastcgi\_params;”).

Could you please advise which parameters need to be configured to solve
the issue from the error log?

If I set the following parameters:

fastcgi\_buffer\_size 128k;
fastcgi\_buffers 256 4k;
fastcgi\_busy\_buffers\_size 256k;
fastcgi\_temp\_file\_write\_size 256k;

- is this going to overwrite the “fastcgi\_max\_temp\_file\_size”
directive?

Regards
