# openSSL installation for ruby

hi friends,

I knew that this not the right form for asking my question. but i hope  
the  
this group having lot of people who have great knowledge, please help me  
one  
of who.

i downloaded the openSSL for windows from  
[http://www.deanlee.cn/programming/openssl-for-windows/](http://www.deanlee.cn/programming/openssl-for-windows/)

but i don’t know how to install it. plz any tell me how to install it  
and  
how to make .pem file

replies ll be greatly appreciated
