I am experiancing random “object allocation during garbage collection
phase” errors in rails app. I tried upgrading ruby and rails - the error
persists with ruby 1.8.6\_p287/1.8.7\_p72 / rails 2.1.0/2.1.1.
Also tried in different servers - mongrel and apache/mod\_rails.

The error araises from random locations too.
The most frequent one is
“/usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/activesupport-2.1.1/lib/active\_support/callbacks.rb:271”

Unortunately I have no idea how to make a relatively simple script to
reproduce the error.

The attachment file contains two consecutive crash events in gdb
session.
