# Newbie need help on sqlite3

Do anyone have a good link to guide about downloading the sqlite3?

I have just newly installed ruby, and i started the server to view the  
localhost.

and it was ok until I open the link application environment where  
error says:

MissingSourceFile in Rails/infoController#properties

no such file to load – sqlite3  
RAILS\_ROOT: C:/Users/User/myupcoming\_project
