I am trying to use wice grid plugin and I have run into problem. The
problem is when I have nested paths as follows:

Hardware :has\_many installed\_softwares
Software :has\_many installed\_softwares

installed\_softwares belongs\_to both

when I view individual hardware, I have a link “Installed Software” -\>
hardware\_installed\_softwares

when I use wicegrid to view installed software and I create a link to
show, edit and delete. nothing displays on the page. when i look at
page source – there is on

here is the view:

\<%= grid(@installed\_softwares) do |g|
g.column :column\_name =\>‘Software:’, :attribute\_name =\> ‘name’,
:no\_filter =\> true,
:model\_class =\> Software do |isoftware|
isoftware.software.name
end

g.column do |isoftware|
link\_to “Show”,
hardware\_installed\_softwares\_path(:hardware\_id,isoftware)
end
end %\>

here is controller view:
class InstalledSoftwaresController \< ApplicationController
def index

# @hardware = Hardware.find(params[:hardware\_id])

# @softwares = @hardware.find(:hardware\_id).installed\_softwares

@installed\_softwares = initialize\_grid(InstalledSoftware,
:include =\> :software,
:conditions =\> [‘hardware\_id =
?’,params[:hardware\_id]],
:per\_page =\> 20)
end

I am attaching the output. And thank you in advance for your help
