# MySql grant all permission error

Hi,

while granting permission to cookbook2\_development.\*  
‘ODBC’@l’localhost;

it shows up erro 1133\<42000\>: cant find any matching row in the user  
table

i am not sure what to do next?

Help would be appreciated
