# Mongrel time out

I’m getting this strange error:

/usr/local/bin/mongrel\_rails:16Thread #\<Thread:0xb7324cec sleep\> is  
too old, killing.Thu Feb 07 09:12:11 -0800 2008: Error calling  
Dispatcher.dispatch #\<Mongrel::TimeoutError: Mongrel timed out this  
thread: shutdown\>

Waiting for 3 requests to finish, could take 60 seconds./usr/local/lib/  
ruby/gems/1.8/gems/mongrel-1.1.3/bin/…/lib/mongrel.rb:221:in  
`process’

I looked online and found some people had issues with mysql gem.  
But i did check my gems and have mysql (2.7) installed.

Any ideas how to debug?
