I thought I would drop you a quick email to see if you would be
interested in potentially discussing some of the roles that I am
currently recruiting for in Dublin. At the moment I deal with
exclusively with Ruby on Rails development houses in Dublin. These
companies are at a variety of different levels and stages in their
establishment. I deal with start up’s, small to medium sized
development houses and enterprise level companies. So whether you want
to join a start up with a great salary and some equity or a large
multinational to work on some exciting projects, we have those options
available for you.

My clients are looking for individuals at all levels of their careers
as there are multiple openings within multiple organisations. Within
Dublin Junior RoR Developer (up to 1.5yrs RoR experience) are expected
to earn up to 38k per year (2,450 net, per month). Mid Level RoR
Developer (up to 3 Years RoR Experience) are expected to earn up to
55k/60k per year (3,350 net, per month). Finally Senior/Lead Level
candidate’s (anything above 3 years experience) are expected to earn
up to 90k per year (4,500, net, per month). These figures are not
fixed and are all dependant on prior development experience and
current Ruby/Rails experience and exposure.

It is also worth mentioning that you will also receive a benefits
package, which includes a variety of factors such as: equity (shares
in company), pension, private healthcare, annual bonus (up to 10% of
your salary), free cafeteria. Also, all companies offer a relocation
package. This includes, your flights over to Dublin, temporary
accommodation (for free) when you move to Ireland for up to 2 months,
and in some cases a cash sum (of up to 5,000 Euro).

All interviews will be conducted remotely by phone and/or Skype. You
will be required to do a technical test remotely as well. If the
companies are happy with your performance they will pay for your
flights and hotels to bring you to Dublin to conduct a final round
face to face interview.
