lather version 1.4.0 has been released!

- [http://github.com/jbarnette/lather](http://github.com/jbarnette/lather)

Lather is an easy way to watch files and do something when they  
change. By default, it checks for changes every second.

Changes:

### 1.4.0 / 2009-06-22

- Release as a Gem.
- Switch to MiniTest.
- Switch to new Hoe.
