hey people

i just wanna have the errortext if there is a error. error\_message\_on
() always returns an additional div tag which destroys my whole
design. i managed to get rid of the divs for the errorfields through
ActionView::Base.field\_error\_proc = Proc.new { |html\_tag, instance| “#
{ html\_tag}” }
in environment.rb. but how do i do that for just the errormessage?

any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks alot,
moka

You can just override it at your helpers and change this behaviour.
