Ruby on Rails Developer My client is looking for self starting developers who will be involved in design, development, and testing of new software product. The role will be involved in developing innovative games in a true start up environment with one of the fastest growing companies in the online industry. Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Development of software for their new social games products • Partaking in the design of the software based on requirements coming from the product manager • Ensuring that all code developed is adequately unit tested • Contribute to development of the process framework for software production • Contribute to the overall design of the games modules ensuring that there is a consistent architecture being adhered to • Optimising code for performance and scalability • Troubleshooting issues in the production environment Essential Competencies: • Excellent Ruby on Rails skills • Knowledge of Linux essential • Minimum 3+ years experience of working in software development This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work within an innovative organisation that offers excellent career development and projects at the forefront of technology.
