We are looking for an innovative ruby on rails developer to work  
remotely from India on projects in Australia full-time 40 hours per  
week.

We are looking for developers with the following skills:

- Strong in test driven development & behavior driven development
- Continuous integration
- restful architecture
- Ruby, Javascript, MySQL, AJAX, JQuery, Test frameworks
- Strong communication skills in English language

Ennova is a start-up company providing software and services to the  
engineering and construction industries. We launched the company in  
late 2008, and are now a strong team of 7. Prior to starting Ennova  
the founding team gained strong industry experience working in  
Aerospace design (Developing design analysis software), Defence,  
Digital Media, Road Infrastructure, Construction and Oil and Gas.

We are a dynamic team of entrepreneurs, engineers, software developers  
and designers that are using innovative working practices to achieve  
outstanding results for our customers whilst maintaining a good work  
life balance. As part of this we work as distributed teams across the  
globe to develop software using various web-based collaboration tools.  
Everybody works from a location of there choice, and we talk face to  
face using skype on a near-daily basis.

Our technology of choice is ruby on rails, and we manage projects  
using agile/lean techniques. Currently, we have a mix of internal and  
client projects. Our flagship product under development is a SaaS  
product that is built around Google Sketchup and Google Earth to  
provide visualisation for Project Management on Engineering and  
Construction Projects. The Sketchup API is in Ruby.

We also have other Ruby on Rails projects that we are delivering for  
customers in addition to providing Agile consulting and coaching.
