We are looking for a Software Development Manager for a great  
opportunity here in Austin. Salary range is 100 - 130k DOE. If you  
have Ruby on Rails Development experience, and have led a team of  
Engineers, here are the details:

GENERAL

As a Software Development Manager you will lead a fast growing team of  
software engineers in the Austin office. You will leverage your  
refined skills working with product and business teams, transforming  
business goals and requirements into reality. By your example, you  
will recruit, train, lead and mentor an exceptional team of engineers  
with a strong team-oriented culture.

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Knowledge & Experience  
\*Lead Engineer level abilities in Ruby on Rails

- Knowledge and drive to apply good software process
- Previous management experience in software engineering
- Previous development experience in RoR

1. Skills & Abilities

- Ability to architect new features (UML experience a plus)
- Willingness to be hands-on
- Can-do, no-job-below-you mentality

1. Education

- Computer Science degree strongly preferred
- MBA a plus
