I have the need to imbed some rails \<%%\> syntax in a text area. I want
the person filling in the text area to be able to enter database
extracted data when ever the page is displayed.

This would be something like a user displaying latest stock prices in
a text area that would get displayed anytime that text variable would
be displayed.
