# How to install plugin

hii

I am new to rails.i am trying to install plugin in my application(OS-  
windows) using the command

> ruby script\plugin install url  
> i have try for 3-4 url but response only is url not find  
> is their is other way to integrate the plugin .I have set path of SVN.

Do you have the command line svn binaries (gui only client like  
tortoisesvn is not enough) ?
