# How to disable select menu

how to disable the above select menu …  
i can able to disable the text field tag like below  
\<%=text\_field\_with\_auto\_complete :company\_info, :name,:value =\>  
“#{@companyinfo.name}”,:disabled =\> true%\>  
Any helps for my query…
